Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact my office. cc: County Attorney Finance File Amendment 002 CONTRACT AA -1329 ORIGINAL Page 1 THIS AMENDMENT is entered into between the Alliance for Aging, Inc. hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance ", and Monroe County Social Services. The purpose of this amendment is to modify paragraph 3.5.2 of attachment I of the original contract to read: 3.5.2 Financial Consequences The Contractor shall ensure the provision of services to the projected number of clients in accordance with the Service Provider Application and within the contract amount. The Contractor shall ensure expenditure of 100% of the contract amount budgeted for services to clients at the unit rates established in this contract. On a service -by- service basis, in the event the Contractor has a surplus of 1% or more at the end of the contract term, the Alliance will reallocate this surplus to other provider agencies in accordance with its policies. If, or to the extent, there is any conflict between this paragraph and paragraphs 38 and 38.1 of the standard contract, this paragraph shall have precedence. All provisions in the contract and any attachments thereto in conflict with this amendment shall be and are hereby changed to conform with this amendment. All provisions not in conflict with this amendment are still in effect and are to be performed at the level specified in the contract are hereby amended to conform with this amendment. This amendment and all its attachments are hereby made a part of the contract.
