Statement, received by this office today from Islamorada, VOI, to complete the Clerk's BOCC records
for Public Works Item C -42 BOCC 5/15/13 approving the sale of the above - referenced County
property to Islamorada, VOI. One (1) originally executed Buyer's and Seller's Combined Closing
Statement, originally executed Purchase and Sale Agreement, a copy of the executed Quit Claim Deed
and a copy of the executed Sellers No -Lien, Possession Gap and FIRPTA has also been forwarded to
Tom Ravenel, CPA, Finance Director for retention in the County's Land Inventory Records.
Please note Per Ms. Grimsley's direction, the executed original Quit Claim Deed and Seller's No-
Lien, Possession Gap and FIRPTA Affidavit were transmitted to Lillian M. Arango, Attorney for
Islamorada, VOI on 6/11/13 via Fed Ex to be distributed to Islamorada VOI at the Closing and will not
be recorded in the County's Official Records.
