At the August 21, 2013, Board of County Commissioner's meeting the Board granted approval and
authorized execution of Item B19 Authorization for the Mayor to execute the revised Edward Byrne
Memorial Justice Assistance funding distribution letter with the Florida Department of Law
Enforcement for fiscal year 2013-2014 (Oct. 1, 2013 through Sept. 30, 2014), whereby Monroe County
agrees to the distribution of$83,375 in program funds in the County.
