Porter shall have the right to collect a maximum of 3750 /per extra calendar day approved herein, at its discretion, thru the completion of the project. The amount collected by the contractor shall be determined by the extent to which management and related general condition items are required thru the completion of the project. The contractor shall not have the right to collect for amounts exceeding the number of additional days approved within this and collectively all other job related change order(s).
