("Contractor") is made and entered into this 16th day of October, 2013, in order to amend the Agreement, as follows: WITNESSETH WHEREAS, on the 191h day of January 2012, the parties entered into the AGREEMENT for pick- up, transportation, de -manufacturing and recycling of electronics, fluorescent bulbs, batteries and other residual materials; and WHEREAS, additional materials that were not initially included in the Price List (as attachment A) to the AGREEMENT have appeared in the stream of residual materials so that an amendment to the Price List is needed to allow for processing, recycling and or disposal of these items; NOW THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Amend/Update Attachment A, to reflect the disposal costs of batteries and other residual electronics and or related materials. 2. The remaining terms of the AGREEMENT, not inconsistent herewith, shall remain in full force and effect.
