MONTH TO MONTH AGREEMENT
PROFESSIONAL BEACH CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND BEAUTIFICATION
HIGGS BEACH, KEY WEST, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA
THIS MONTH TO MONTH RENEWAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into this �� day
of September, 2014, between MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA ( "COUNTY "), a political subdivision of
the State of Florida, whose address is 1100 Simonton Street, Key West, Florida 33040, and EE &G
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, LLC. ( "CONTRACTOR "), a Florida limited liability company, whose
address is 5751 Miami Lakes Drive East, Miami, Lakes, FL 33014 and 6810 Front Street, Key West, FL
33040.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto did on September 21, 2011 enter into an agreement to provide
professional beach cleaning, maintenance and beautification, Higgs Beach, Key West, Monroe County,
Florida, (hereinafter "Original Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, on September 21, 2012, the BOCC approved the First Renewal Option Agreement.
WHEREAS, the parties have found the Original Agreement to be mutually beneficial and;
WHEREAS, the parties have found the First Renewal Option Agreement to be mutually beneficial
and;
WHEREAS, the parties have found the Second Renewal Option Agreement to be mutually
beneficial and;
WHEREAS, the parties find that it would be mutually beneficial to enter into this Month to Month
Renewal Option agreement; now therefore
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, it is agreed as
follows:
1. In accordance with Paragraph 4 of the Original Agreement, the contract term will commence
on October 1, 2014 on a Month to Month basis. Effective October 01, 2014, payment amounts shall remain
at $10,353.86 per month; and $676.63 per hour emergencies.
2. Except as set forth in paragraph 1 of this Month to Month Renewal Agreement, in all
other respects, the terms and conditions set forth in the Original Agreement as amended remain in full
force and effect.
