WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease to terminate the temporary space used while the new space
was under construction.
NOW THEREFORE, these parties for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended,effective October 1,2013 as follows:
USE OF THE GSA FORM 276, SUPPLEMENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.ALL REFERENCES
IN THE LEASE TO"GSA FORM 276"OR"SUPPLEMENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT"SHALL BE NOW HEREBY
CONSTRUED TO MEAN"LEASE AMENDMENT?
A. Block C,which consists of 700 rentable square feet(RSF)and yields 700 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet(USF)of space
at Key West International Airport, is terminated effective October 1, 2013.
B. The Lessor leases to the Govemment a total of 558 rentable square feet of space, identified on Exhibit A, at Key West
International Airport.
C. The Govemment shall pay the Lessor annual rent,in accordance with the following rent schedule,per month in arrears.
This Lease Amendment contains 2 pages.
All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain in force and effect.
