WHEREAS, on November 17, 2010, the parties entered into a parking lot management agreement for the operation of a commercial parking lot at the Key West International Airport, as renewed and amended; and WHEREAS, all renewal options have been exercised and the management agreement will expire on November 30, 2015; and WHEREAS, the owner and operator desire to amend the agreement to extend the contract on a month to month basis pending bid opening and award of a new contract, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained here, the parties agree as follows: 1. Paragraph 1.01 of the original agreement is amended to read as follows: "1.01. Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence at 12:01 a.m. on December 1, 2015, and shall terminate upon 30 days written notice provided to contractor by the County." 2. In all other respects, the original agreement between the parties remains in full force and effect.
