A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORDIA, ADOPTING THE FINAL DUCK KEY
SECURITY DISTRICT NON AD VALOREM SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016 -2017
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA as
follows:
The Board hereby adopts the following final non ad valorem special assessment rates for the Duck Key
Security District for fiscal year 2016/2017:
1. $220.00 per improved lot;
2. $22.00 per unimproved lot.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting
of said Board held on the 12th day of September 2016.
