NOW, THEREFORE, I Heather Carruthers, Mayor of Monroe County, do hereby declare November 2016 as ADOPTION AWARENESS MONTH throughout the County, and I urge all Keys citizens to support adoption and adoptive families Witness my hand and seal of Monroe County, Florida this 19a' day of October 2016.
