Approval of Second Amendment to Contract for Law Enforcement
and Security Services at Key West International Airport.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
This is the Second Amendment to Contract for Law Enforcement and
Security Services. The purpose is to increase the contract price by approximately $50K vis-à-vis the
amount approved for the contract during the September 2016 (FY 17) budget process, as a result of
an increase in health insurance costs.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: The BOCC approved a (3) year Contract for Law
Enforcement and Security Services and the price revisions for each contract year.
CONTRACT/AGREEMENT CHANGES:
This amendment revises pricing for Year 2 of the agreement
