WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement on December 30,2008(“Agreement”);and WHEREAS, the parties entered into a first amendment to the Agreement on December 12, 2012 and a second amendment to the Agreement in March 2014; and WHEREAS, the parties entered into a third amendment in July 2015 in order to add additional compensation while Ms. Schreck was temporarily performingthe duties of executive assistant to the affordable housing committee. These duties endedin September 2016 and her pay was reduced to its prior level without the additional pay; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to revise the Agreement in order to increase the annual salary to $68,000.00 per year, to be commensurate with Ms. Schreck’soverall years of working experience (36 years) and education (bachelor’s degree)in addition to exceptional performance, and in order to update the job description.
