New entry Door /Store front for the East Martello Museum. The Door /Storefront is severely rotted and
suffering from water and termite damage. The Architect has provided specifications for a new
Door /Storefront. Change Order proposal is for demolition of old Door /Storefront and purchase and
installation of new Door /Storefront. Due to lead time for ordering of the material an additional 18 days will
