The contract provided that once additional grant funding was secured, the BOCC could award Bid Additives 2 -4 for Phases 2 & 3. On October 19, 2016, the BOCC ratified Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Supplemental Joint Participation Agreement Number Two adding an additional S1.000,000 to Grant ARKBQ, bringing the total FDOT grant funding for this protect to 53,020,400.00. This change order awards Phases 2 and 3 of the proiect to West Construction. Inc. (Bid Additive #2 in the amount of 5151,211.00. Bid Additive #3 in the amount of $1,029307.50, and Bid Additive #4 in the amount of $159,810.50), and adds an additional 150 days to complete the project. The time extension takes the substantial completion date from January 9. 2017 to June 8. 2017. This change Order is 74.54% of the original contract price. Not valid until signed by Owner.
