Between MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
AND PEEBLES AND SMITH, LLC. and CAPITOL INSIGHT, LLC.
TO TERMINATE AGREEMENT AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2016
This Amendment ( "Amendment ") made and entered into this 19 day of October, 2016, is an
amendment to the Agreement dated September 17th, 2013, by and between Monroe County, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, and whose address is 1100 Simonton Street, Key West,
Florida, 33040, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY," through the Monroe
County Board of County Commissioners ( "BOCC "), and
Peebles & Smith, LLC a corporation of the State of Florida, and whose address is 301 South
Bronough Street, Suite 500, Tallahassee, FL. 32301, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred
to as "CONSULTANT "; and
Capitol Insight, LLC, a corporation of the State of Florida, and whose address is 301 South
Bronough Street, Suite 500, Tallahassee, FL 32301, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred
to as "CONSULTANT';
WHEREAS, both parties, by mutual agreement, hereby terminate current amendment, entered
into on February 10, 2016, and the underlying agreement entered into on September 17 2013; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and agreements
stated herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, COUNTY and CONSULTANT agree as follows:
1. The Parties agree to terminate services of CONSULTANT, under this agreement, as of
September 30, 2016.
2. This Amendment is effective upon execution by CONSULTANT and acceptance and approval
by COUNTY in accordance with COUNTY'S policies, ordinances, or governjpg statutes. -
