A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 483-1996.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, to make changes in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1997, now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 483-1996 previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of rescinding resolution no. 424-1996 in
Fiscal Year 1997 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution, passed and
adopted on November 12, 1996, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 19th day of February AD 1997.
