Very truly ours, ebbe Frederick Deputy County Administrator DF /ac cc: Commissioner David Rice Liz Wood Derrick Johnson Bio (updated) December 21, 2016 RE: Reappointment to CDBG Citizens Task Force I have lived in the Florida Keys since 2000, when I moved down from Cleveland, Ohio. I originally came here on vacation, as many of us have, and fell in love with the area, and with my lovely wife Dyna during those two weeks. I moved down permanently and started working in the hotel industry, including management of a condominium property in Marathon. Since 2011, 1 have worked as a realtor with Florida Keys Real Estate /Coco Plum Real Estate. I bought my home at the Overseas Village in Marathon in 2004 through the Middle Keys Community Land Trust and their affordable housing qualifying program. I have served as the Managing President of the Overseas Village Homeowners Association since it was turned over to the residents. I have found my home and have no plans to leave my little slice of paradise. I have served on the CDBG Citizens Task Force since 2009. Should you have any questions, you can contact me on my cell at 305 - 396 -1158. Regards, Derrick A.
