THIS AMENDMENT is entered into between the Alliance for Aging, Inc. hereinafter referred
to as the "Alliance ", and Monroe County Social Services.
The purpose of this amendment is to increase the contract amount by $2,342.72. The
additional amount of $2,342.72 is non - recurring funds. This amendment changes the total
contract funding from $447,452.01 to $449,794.73. FULLY

This amendment and all its attachments are hereby made a part of the contract.
