At the November 22, 2016 Board of County Commissioner's meeting the Board granted approval and
execution of the following Item F22 Approval of Lease Extension Modification No. 3 and rental rates in
the Lease Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Juvenile Justice for office space on the
second floor of the Department of Juvenile Justice Building on Stock Island.
The enclosures are not fully executed; they need to be sign by the Department of Management at the
Department of Juvenile Justice and forwarded to the Clerk for finalization.
