The invoices under $50,000.00 are being provided for information only. ITEM BACKGROUND: To identify expenditures of County funds advanced to the FKAA pursuant to the terms of the Interlocal Agreement for the Cudjoe Regional Wastewater System. The terms of the amended agreement state that all related invoices and supporting documentation shall be submitted by the FKAA to the County Engineering Department for review and approval, and thereupon to the Clerkounty Ordin purchasing policies and procedures, the BOCC retains final approval for all invoices/contracts. These invoices under $50,000.00 (as per attached) are all invoices submitted by the FKAA for the Cudjoe Regional Wastewater System for December and total $26,230.05.
