County will not be charged more than prices listed above market (rack) price from date delivered (see page 3 of Contract, Item 4 5.13. PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: On January 16, 2014 the Board authorized execution of the current contract with Dion Oil, LLC. The Board also approved and Addendum to the agreement on June 11, 2014 and two (2) renewals on 11/19/2014 and 11/17/2015. On February 16, 2016, the County received a notice from Dion Oil Company that the company had been sold to Dion Fuels, LLC. On March 23, 2016 the Board approved a Consent to Assignment between Monroe County and Dion Fuels, LLC. On December 14 2016 the Board approved a Month -to Month Renewal Amendment to Agreement for Fuel Delivery Services. Bids were opened on January 18, 2017 at 3:00 pm. There were two bids received, Dion Fuels, LLC and James River Solutions. Dion Fuels LLC is the lowest bid of the two. Tabulation sheet from the Purchasing Department and comparison sheet are attached at the end of the contract. All Monroe County deliveries must be supervised and delivery tickets must be signed and dated E. The Vendor shall have the capability to pump fuel into elevated and/or aboveground tanks through standard quick detachable couplings. F. The Vendor shall prioritize the County and have ability to provide daily deliveries of gasoline and diesel to multiple locations after a hurricane, natural disaster, or other emergency for as long as the need exists. 2. TERM OF CONTRACT A. This Agreement shall be for a period of One (1) year commencing upon the day in which it has been approved by the Board of County Commssioners, as indicated at the top of page I of this Agreement. B. The County shall have the option to renew this Agreement after the first year, for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. 4. INSURANCE Prior to execution of this agreement the Vendor shall furnish the County Certificates of Insurance indicating the minimum coverage limitations as stated and attached hereto in the General Insurance Requirements for Suppliers of Goods or Services. 5 AYMENT' A.
