The Contract Sum will be increased by this Change Order for an additional $547.93. Remove and replace approximately 35 s.f. of rotted 1x6 roof sheathing, offset by a credit to replace an exterior door with a smaller sized door than was originally designed. According to Ordinance No. 004 -1999 adopted by the Board of County Commissioners, proposed change orders are to be presented to members of the Board of County Commissioners prior to approval, assuming they are within the Administrator's prescribed limits. Change orders not within the Administrator's authority are placed on the BOCC agenda.
