WITNESSETH WHEREAS. In Senteniber 7.01 le -I C—CLUXIV—P-T f PT MCS O to provide Law Enforcement and Security Services at Key West International Airport (the "Contract"), a copy of the Contract is attached as Exhibit "I"; and and Security Services for each fiscal year shall be set by amendment tothe Contract each year; and WHEREAS, Monroe County desires to amend the Contract to set the compensation for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 (the "Second Amendment"). Employees assigned to work at KWIA shall remain the Shmffs personnel. They shall be subject to all policies, rules, regulations, and discipline of the MCSO. B. The County will not conduct investigations into any alleged misconduct of Sherfirs personnel, but must promptly report such matters to the OCSO supervisor, SICSO Internal Affairs, or the Shatiff. Upon completion of the investigation into the all act of raisconduct, the Director ofAirports such be informed of the outcome of the investigation. S-IOYMENT FOR SERVICES: A. They acknowledge that =filled law enforcement deputies are members of a collective bargaining unit represented by the Fraternal Order of Police, and agree to take no action contrary to the terms of any collective bargaining agreement. C. The County and MCSO have and will maintain policies prohibiting sexual harmoment.
