(An Inter-Local Agreement between the County and the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority to administer the $20 million for the Big Coppitt project will be presented for BOCC approval under separate agenda item.) ITEM BACKGROUND: The County's agreement with DCA requires the County to bond $40 million dollars for wastewater projects from infrastructure sales tax funds. PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: The BOCC approved in May of 2005 to bond $20 million of wastewater funding for the Key Largo Wastewater Treatment District regional system. In June 2005, the Board approved advertisement of Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services to design the Big Cop pitt Service Area. CONTRACT!
