He started his career with the District in 2001 as Director of the Orlando Service Center. Prior to joining the District he was a Senior Project Manager with Walt Disney Imagineering where he led environmental planning and permitting efforts for the Walt Disney World Resort and Town of Celebration. His 38-year career also includes service as Vice President of Planning Services for a major Florida planning and engineering consulting f rom the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources, and a MBA from Nova-Southeastern University.
