These positions were advertised due to the vacancies resulting from the end of term for Ms. Kym Collins and the sudden passing of Mr. David Cohn. District IV - Between the Long Key Bridge and mile marker 90.939 “At Large” representative – Any resident who is not involved in a tourism directly business and who shall represent the general public and shall live or work within the tax collection district for which they are applying. (The operative word within this description is . This word means someone who is not in business nor directly whose business or economic activity are dependent upon tourists).
