RESOLUTION NO. 068 -1997
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 023-1997, CONCERNING THE ABANDONMENT OF A
PORTION OF EVERGREEN TERRACE. KEY HAVEN, KEY WEST, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the statutory public notice provision for road abandonments was not met for the
January hearing on the abandonment of Evergreen Terrace, Key Haven, Key West. Florida; and
WHEREAS, the failure to meet the notice requirement rendered the January decision void ab-
initio; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
that the Resolution No, 023-1997 is rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a
