ITEM BACKGROUND: There were four change orders considered and approved by the County Administrator and/or Deputy Administrator for the period beginning February 1 2013, and ending February 28, 2013 for a total of $9,283.11. There were no change orders denied. PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION:6 On September 9, 1998, Ordinance No. 026-1998 was adapted in order to provide that the County Administrator may approve separate, non -cumulative change orders for construction projects and professional service contracts in amounts not to exceed $25,000.00 or 5% of the original contract price, whichever is greater. The BOCC requested a monthly report of all change orders considered by the County Administrator.
