In accordance with the Continuing Contract for On Call Professional Engineering Services made and entered on the 14th day of December, 2016 between Monroe County, hereinafter referred to as the "County" and Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "Consultant' where design services are allowed if construction costs do not exceed $2,000,000. All terms and conditions of the referenced Contract for On Call Professional Engineering Services apply to the Task Order, unless the Task Order modifies an Article of the Agreement of which will be specifically referenced in this Task Order and the modification shall be precisely described. WHEREAS, previous amendments and task orders were completed and have funds remaining for use; and WHEREAS, the remaining unused funds from those previous completed amendments and /or task orders are being used to fund this task order; and WHEREAS, no new funds are required to fund this work. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and agreements stated herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, COUNTY and CONSULTANT agree to modify the Agreement as follows: Article 1.1 Terms Of Agreement: This Task Order is effective on June 21, 2017 and shall expire December 31, 2017. Article 2.2 Scope of Services: The Consultant shall provide the County with daily project management services for the Canal Restoration Program, including but not be limited to, client communications, attend at meetings as requested by the County, preparation of project presentation materials and updates, grant assistance, monthly reporting and invoicing, and other miscellaneous project management services. CEI activities are not included. Article 7.1 Payment Sum: The total for services is not to exceed Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars ($49,775).
