RELEASE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEED RESTRICTION
Whereas, Victoria Aleksandrowicz filed an affordable housing deed restriction on September 15,
2004, in OR Book #2040, Page #706 on the following property in favor of Monroe County, Florida
to restrict development to affordable housing on the following property:
Lot 3, Block 14, Sexton Cove Estates- Re- subdivision, Key Largo, according
to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 6, Page 30 of the public records of
Monroe County, Florida;
and
Whereas, Victoria Aleksandrowicz is deceased, the property is vacant, and the
building permit issued in 2004 has expired; and
Whereas, the current owner, Walter Alexander, has requested the release in order to
sell the vacant property; and
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners approves the removal of the affordable housing
deed restriction on the property;
Now, therefore, on this 21 st day of August, 2013, Monroe County, by and through its Board of
County Commissioners, hereby releases the above legally described property from the affordable
deed restriction recorded in OR Book #2040, Page #706 of the Official Records of
ft9 County.
