All terms and conditions of the Agreement apply to this Task Order, unless this Task Order
amends- adds- or modifies a provision or an Article of the A cement of which will be specifically
referenced in this Task Order and the amendment, addition, or modification shall be precisely
described. These additions apply only to the project referenced in this Task Order.

0 Demolition and Replacement of All Interior Finishes,
a Minor Reconfiguration of Building Interior Elements.
- Refinish the Exterior Fagade.
• Rework Existing Floor to Promote Adequate Drainage and Accessibility.
• Modify Existing Floor Drain System,
• Upgrade Existing Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Completely.
Description of service: Three (3) concepts will be developed and presented including a Basic
Remodel, a Historically Contextual Appearance Remodel, and a Consultant's Selected Remodel.
Additionally, the Consultant will record the existing conditions of the restroom building and
corresponding site.

Schedule: The Consultant will verify the existing conditions and prepare the three concepts for
presentation within 30 days of receiving the Higgs Beach Master Plan, Atlantic Blvd. Relocation
CAD files and the fully executed task order.
All other Terms and Conditions of the Agreement and any amendment remain unchanged and in
full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each party caused this Task Order to be executed by its duty authorized
representative.
