ITEM BACKGROUND: This request to reconsider stems from a meeting at the Key Largo Govt. Center, of representatives of all law enforcement agencies working in the Upper Keys. Information was brought forward that may change our direction to staff. (see attached backup) PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: In Oct. 2011, the BOCC gave direction to staff to continue the $5.00 pump -out fee.
