Please consider this letter as Notice to Proceed with administrative procedures necessary to
procure long lead items, provide submittals for review by the Engineer of Record, obtain the
necessary permits, and other pre -mobilization tasks for the above contract dated October 17,
2014. The County will be issuing an additional Notice to Proceed for Construction as discussed
during the pre -construction conference at a mutually agreed upon time for mobilization in the
field. The Contract Time will begin upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed for Construction.
Please provide an updated preliminary construction schedule to reflect an Administrative Notice
to Proceed effective today. Please contact me know if you have questions.
