I have been very privileged to lead this Board for almost a year. Unfortunately, my home was badly damaged in the recent hurricane, and overseeing the repair of the house, along with my position at the office of the State Attorney will not afford me the time necessary to devote the Board. I think that we have accomplished a great deal in the last year with your assistance, and I know that my fellow board members will complete the many projects yet to be' done. I must also point out the invaluable help your assistant Tamara has provided us in the past year. She has helped the operations of the Board run smoothly with the county, and we truly owe her a debt of gratitude. You are fortunate to have such a talented assistant. Very Truly Yours, Mary G. Bala zs
