ITEM BACKGROUND: date of the Hellings House Museum Phase I Repair and Restoration Project due to a delay in the receipt of custom materials needed to complete the project. They are also requesting a revision to the scope of service Exhibit A to remove the requirement to wall paper the parlor and meeting room to maintain historical accuracy. Attached are copies of the amendment, request and original agreement. DAC I approved same at their meeting of October 5, 2016 TDC approved same at their meeting of November 1, 2016 The Amendment submitted for approval at the November meeting failed to include the revised Exhibit A outlining scope of service. This amendment now includes those revisions.
