Due to Hurricane Irma and unexpected high tides, the existing base material became saturated and unusable. The area
existing base material will be excavated and replaced with flowable fill per the discretion of the OAR. A new unit
price has been established for this additional work. The unit price of flowable fill is$404.41/CY.
The original Contract Sum $ 9,250,000.00
Net change by previously approved Change Orders $ 37,733.30
The Contract Sum will be unchanged
by this Change Order $ TBD
The new Contract Sum including this Change Order
