The agreed -upon funds shall be due on April 30', 2018. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 195.022, Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Revenue (hereinafter the "Department ") is required at least once every three years, to provide property appraisers with aerial photographs; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 195.022, Florida Statutes, such furnishment of aerial photographs by the Department to counties with a population greater than 25,000, such as Monroe County, is at the property appraiser's expense; and WHEREAS, the Monroe County Property Appraiser's Office has contracted with Eagleview, Inc., to provide current aerials; and WHEREAS, the Monroe County Property Appraiser's Office — Eagleview, Inc., Agreement provides for six inch (6 ") pixel resolution digital orthophotography; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to acquire copies of said aerial photos but at an enhanced resolution of four inch (4 ") pixel resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, representations, and agreements contained herein, together with other good and valuable consideration, and pursuant to Section 163.01 (hereinafter the "Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969 "), the parties herein do undertake, promise, and agree, as follows: ARTICLE I. Section 1.00 - INCORPORATION OF RECITALS The findings, recitals, and acknowledgments contained herein are true, correct, and incorporated into this Agreement. Section 1.01 It is hereby determined and declared by the parties herein that: The Monroe County Property Appraiser's Office (hereinafter the "MCPA ") has entered into an agreement with EagleView, Inc., to provide aerial photography for six inch (6 ") pixel resolution digital photographs for a cost of $80.00 per square mile for approximately 726 square miles for a total cost of $58,080 and nine inch (9 ") pixel resolution digital photographs for a cost of $60.00 per square mile for approximately 1102 square miles for a total cost of $66,120. These two areas are for the Florida Keys' island chain (726 square miles) and mainland Monroe County (1,102 square miles). (B Eagleview, Inc., has agreed with the MCPA to provide six inch (6 ") oblique digital pixel resolution imagery photographs at the additional cost of $250.00 per square mile for approximately 310 miles for a total of $77,500, or four inch (4 ") pixel resolution photographs at the additional cost of $400.00 per square mile for approximately 310 miles for a total of $124,000, or three inch (3 ") pixel resolution digital photographs at the additional cost of $450.00 per square mile for approximately 310 miles for a total of $139,500. Eagleview, Inc.'s administrative fees to complete and deliver the above items approximately totals $33,066.00. (D Parties other than the MCPA have also requested said oblique photos of individual parcels in Monroe County. 1 of 3 ARTICLE II. - AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY. Section 2.01 The MCPA has allocated $157,266.00 in his current budget for aerial photography and administrative fees, and agrees to apply that $157,266.00 toward the cost(s) of aerial photography of the above - stated six inch (6 ") resolution digital photographs. The MCPA has also allocated an additional $124,000.00 with his current budget for the acquisition of oblique imagery at a resolution of four inch (4 "). Section 2.02 The Monroe County Board of County Commissioners commits to contribute $11,482.00 toward the overall cost of acquiring aerial photography of the six inch (6 ") resolution and oblique photos of the four inch (4 ") resolution. ARTICLE III. Section 3.01 Eagleview, Inc., has agreed to provide the MCPA with oblique photos according to the following schedule: A. 310 miles of six inch (6 ") oblique photographs at a rate of $250.00 per square mile for a total of $77,500.00. B. 310 miles of four inch (4 ") oblique photographs at a rate of $400.00 per square mile for a total of $124,000.00. C. 310 miles of three inch (3 ") oblique photographs at a rate of $450.00 per square mile for a total of $139,500.00. ARTICLE IV. Section 4.01. DUTIES OF MCPA. Enter into an agreement (hereinafter "contract ") with Eagleview, Inc., or another approved vendor, to obtain the aerial photographs at the above - quoted area and monetary figures recited at Article III., Section 3.01(A.) -(C.). Administer that contract to ensure compliance for the benefit of the parties hereto, including determining compliance with all conditions precedent to contract approval; and Provide the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners' Planning & Environmental Resources Department with copies of aerial photographs, including but not limited to those recited at Section 3.01(A.) -(C.), on a hard drive. Section 4.02. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES HERETO The parties hereto acknowledge that they have the current funds available as committed and will provide payment through the MCPA when said photographs have been completed and accepted by the MCPA. Upon notification, the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners shall deposit said committed funds with the MCPA. This Agreement shall provide the Monroe County Planning & Environmental Resources Department with access to said photographs from January 31, 2018 through and including January 30, 2019, with full access to the MCPA's most current oblique and aerial images, as well as the tools provided to and by the Monroe County Property Appraiser's Office.
