ITEM BACKGROUND:
Sandra Higgs is well-known in the Key West area for her service with
various community service organizations, and for her many years of service with Monroe County as
the Community Services Director until her retirement.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION:
David P. Horan was reappointed on January 20, 2016 for a new term to expire February 19, 2018.
