CCTV camera needs to be added in the south/west corner of Secure Vestibule 104, covering the vestibule, doors 104A and 104B Response: A wall or ceiling mounted CCTV camera has been added to Secure Vestibule 1(104), in the SWcorner. This camera must have a wide field of view in order to cover roughly 120*, including doors 104A & 104B. This change is reflected on revised version of sheet T2.1.1. There does not appear to be any IDS key pads for the general facility (security system)? Normally, there will be minimum two key pads located adjacently (inside) of the two primary entrances of the facility, so staff arriving, and departing the facility may arm/disarm the security system? For example, I see keypads to arm/disarm the in the LAN Room 210, PPE 209 and Cashiers Office 127, but now where else in the facility? Please identify or explain Response: IDS keypads can be installed at the interior side of the building entries / exits without issue. Refer to updated T2.1.1 drawing for device location. In Phase 2 there is only one location required and will match & be tied to the existing system. The second item stems from the Senior Flood Plain Coordinator, Mary Wingate's review of the building permit application. On December 21, 2015 in an email to K2M Design she noted the following comment: 4. IT IS UNKNOWN IF THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION MEETS THE V ZONE STANDARDS FOR FLOOD LOADS. FOR ANY NEW FOUNDATION WORK PROPOSED, PLEASE PROVIDE A V ZONE CERTIFICATE AND ALL DESIGN LOAD CALCULATIONS FOR: Calculation to be include at a minimum if applicable: Calculated velocity Hydrostatic load — buoyancy effects, lateral loads from standing water, slowly moving water, and nonbreaking waves • Breaking wave load • Hydrodynamic load —from rapidly moving water, including breaking waves • Debris impact load — from waterborne objects • Estimation of scour In order to properly address this comment a full redesign was required.
