ITEM BACKGROUND:
This policy provides $100 million in liability insurance coverage for
Airport Operations at Key West and Marathon airports. The policy does not contain a deductible.
The policy effective period is 7/27/16 -7/27/17.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION:
5/1/12 - BOCC approved acceptance of the bid proposal for the Airport Liability Insurance policy
submitted by Arthur J. Gallagher through Ace Property and Casualty Ins. Co.
CONTRACT/AGREEMENT CHANGES:
Renew Airport Liability Insurance with Ace Property and Casualty Ins. Co. through Arthur J.
Galagher. The terms and conditions are consistent with the expiring policy for the same annual
premium ($33,555.00) that they charged for the current policy term.
