for complete elevator service maintenance on a month to month basis commencing August 1, 2016,
for a period not to exceed 6 months pending award of contract following Request for Proposal
solicitation.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
The Rates under this month-to-month extension to remain at: Elevator
Monthly Amount $102.32, Inspection Amount $204.63, Labor during regular working hours from
$76.74 and Emergency service calls $97.21,. Regular Labor Rate for Mechanic and Helper
$126.00/hr. and Emergency Labor Rate for Mechanic and Helper $189.00/hr.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION:
BOCC approved original agreement July 17, 2013;
BOCC approved the First Amendment and Renewal on July 16, 2014; and BOCC approved the
Second Amendment and Renewal June 10, 2015.
