Conditions for the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement between the Florida
Department of Transportation and Monroe County.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
Monroe County approved the Amendment and Attachment 1, Revised
Terms and Conditions to the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement at the
September 21, 2016 regular meeting. FDOT has requested that Monroe County submit an approval
by resolution for the Amendment and Attachment 1 to the Traffic Signal Maintenance and
Compensation Agreement.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: May 20, 2015:
BOCC approved Traffic Signal
April 20, 2016:
Maintenance and Compensation Agreement. BOCC approved updated Exhibit A to
the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement which increased reimbursement
May 18, 2016:
amounts for signal maintenance. BOCC approved Notice of Cancellation of Traffic
Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement with effective cancellation date of July 1, 2018.
September 21, 2016:
BOCC approved Amendment to Traffic Signal Maintenance and
Compensation Agreement and approved Attachment 1, Revised Terms and Conditions for the
Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement.
