ITEM BACKGROUND:
In order to reduce the vast quantity of paperwork we request your
approval of the District I Destination Events as outlined on the attached spreadsheet wherein the
contract ID number, organization, event name, event dates, funding allocated, line item number and
expiration dates are provided. A boilerplate District I agreement is provided for your information.
DAC I approved same at their meeting of August 3, 2016
TDC approved same at their meeting of September 20, 2016
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION:
The BOCC approved the Request for Applications
for FY 2017 Destination and Turnkey Event Funding Applications at their meeting of February 10,
