Appeal by Key Haven Estates Homeowners Association of a denial
of a right of way permit to perform work on the county right of way on Key Haven Road and Key
Haven Terrace.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
The applicant would like to landscape and install an irrigation system on
the county right of way. Staff met with the applicant and identified items that were not permitted by
Monroe County Code Chapter 19 Roads and Bridges. The applicant is appealing the decision as
allowed by Monroe County Code Section 19-46.
