ITEM BACKGROUND: The 12' x 56' Road Department office trailer is uninhabitable and beyond economical repair. The Supervisor and Staff Assistant are temporarily operating within the Public Works Facility Maintenance office building, and the Road Maintenance crew of approximately eleven (11) employees have been displaced to do their reporting paperwork out of their trucks and/or within the complex grounds.
