Dear Shannon:
We are delighted to share that The Miami Foundation has agreed to commit to providing cash match in the
amount of $50,000 to Monroe County. This commitment is contingent upon the County receiving the grant from
the U.S. Economic Development Administration to fund a Local Disaster Recovery Manager.
The funds will be committed to the project for the period of performance (two years), will be available as
needed and will not be conditioned or encumbered in any way that would preclude its use consistent with the
requirements of EDA investment assistance.
If you have any questions about this commitment please contact Lindsey Linzer, Director of Programs
and Grants Administration, at LLinzer @miamifoundation.org or 305 - 357 -2079.
Thank you and congratulations.
Sincerely,
V44 01---
