(10) Reimburse MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, for all services in support of Monroe County PFEC efforts. Prompt Payment Act. (11) Reimburse the FAIR, for use of the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion facility and its associated expenses. Reimbursement to the Fair shall be made in accordance with Florida Local Governments Prompt Payment Act.
