A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 285 -2017
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 285 -2017, heretofore enacted for the purpose of the rollover of unanticipated funds, contains
erroneous information, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Commission to rectify by amendment such errors, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that
Resolution No. 285 -2017 previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of the rollover of unanticipated funds
in Fiscal Year 2018 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution, passed and adopted on October 18` 2017 is
hereby amended:
Fund #125 - Governmental Fund Type Grants
Cost Center # 62019— State Aid to Libraries
Project #GP1700 — FY17 State Aid to Libraries
Function # 5700 — Culture Recreation
Activity #5710 — Libraries
Official/Division #1016
Revenue:
125- 62019- 334701OR State Aid to Libraries $17,418.28
Total Revenue: $17,418.28
Appropriations:
125 -5710- 62019 - 530490 Library Materials $17,418.28
Total Appropriations: $17,418.28
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD, that the Clerk of said Board, upon receipt of the above unanticipated
funds, is hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 21st day of February, AD 2018.
