TASK ORDER TWO FOR DISASTER RESPONSE AND RECOVERY SERVICES BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND DRC
EMERGENCY SERVICES, LLC FOR HURRICANE IRMA
In accordance with the Agreement for Disaster Response and Recovery Services made and entered into on the
30" day of October, 2017, as amended on December 14, 2017, by and between Monroe County, hereinafter
referred to as the "County", and DRC Emergency Services, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor".
All terms and conditions of the referenced Agreement for Disaster Response and Recovery Services apply to the
Task Order, unless the Task Order modifies an Article of the Agreement of which will be specifically referenced
in this Task Order and the modification shall be precisely described.
1. DRC Emergency. Services, LLC is tasked with performing the following task in accordance with the Notice
to Proceed issued October 30, 2017:
Debris Recovery and Disposal (Load and Haul) of white goods, including Freon recovery as needed, from
County Rights of Way and Facilities in the Mile Marker 16 to Mile Marker 40 (Lower Sugarloaf through Big
Pine Key and No Name Key) as directed by the County and described in paragraph I.B. of Attachment A to the
Agreement, Scope of Work, and Pricing and Management of Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction (TDSR)
Sites as described in paragraph I.C. of Attachment A.
The following TDSR sites will be used for white goods:
A. Cudjoe Fire Station Site, Cudjoe Key, FL, authorized on November 29, 2017
B. Cudjoe Landfill Site, Cudjoe Key, FL authorized on December 20, 2017
2. The task above shall be performed in accordance with Section 1.1.5 of the Agreement for Disaster
Response and Recovery Services.
3. This Task Order shall be approved. retroactive to October 30, 2017.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each party caused the Task Order to be executed by its duly authorized
representative.
