Approval of refund to Global Disaster Recovery, Inc. for overage paid on a permit issued on 3/24/I5, in
the amount of $278.47.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
Contractor, Global Disaster Recovery, Inc. was instructed by the Building Department to pay a total of
$278.47 as evidenced by Monroe County Receipt #02000023271, for Permit# 15301504. However, it
was later discovered the permit was not in Monroe County jurisdiction, located at (9 Bk Lt 14,
Plantation Ivey) and should not have been issued. Global Disaster Recovery, Inc. has requested a
refund. A refund in the amount of $278.47 is requested to be issued to the contractor, Global Disaster
Recovery, Inc. as noted above..
